Poor Max, he's a bit fed up because he has a leg infection and also seems to have torn his anterior cruciate ligament. He has his xrays tomorrow and we will know more then what his options are.
So he is just on short, quiet lead walks and needs to rest up as much as possible. This is harder to do than it sounds. He's an active chap and on our walks with his pals he is usually trotting up ahead leading the pack. Sometimes when he meets other dogs, particularly if they are bigger than him, he's up on his hind legs, doing a bit of domineering.
His favourite thing to do at home is sleep in his mum's chair or snuggle by her on the bed, he is not supposed to go upstairs or jump up.
So we have a bit of a challenge on to keep all his four feet on the ground and stop him running about. He is missing his pals so we hope it isn't too long until he's fighting fit again. Poor Maxy-boy.
