These three love the water and make a beeline for it, they launch themselves in and have a good splash around. Kaiser is the bravest and will go out further than the others. Yesterday the river was really swollen and fast flowing so we kept away, I hope the new improvements down at Kirkstall hold the River Aire back and prevent the flooding of last year. Yesterday I could see just how high the River Aire can get and how powerful that body of water is.
After their paddle in the water these three then like nothing better than a boisterous game of chase to dry off. Its a real rough and tumble game and I often have to leap out of the way as these three come thundering towards me so engrossed in the play that they nearly take me out!
Poor Geoff, the youngest, tires quicker than Byron and Kaiser and he took the opportunity for a lie down as we stopped for a photo opportunity and a breather.
A BIT ABOUT ME......
